No worries Liz. I embedded a link to a Times Colonist article in the “Remember The Cheesy Commercial?” post. “Adultescence” is a term to describe people in their 20s and early 30s who are still living the high life with their parents. “They drive nice cars, take frequent vacations, have their meals prepared for them, and never, ever do their own laundry.”
The article includes some interesting facts. Check it out. Do you know other people who fit this description?

Hello! What’s wrong with staying close with your family? Living the high life is better than being independent and driving crappy cars, and never going on vacation. I wish someone was still doing my laundry too!

Funny David! What is your definition of “crappy cars”?
I think some people in our generation are spoiled. They think parents must provide the necessities of life including driving a nice car or having an individual bedroom. If people are dependent on their family, they will always be singing, “I don’t want to grow up, I’m a Toys’ R Us kid.”
